羟基磷灰石—胶原复合材料的溶血实验研究

Blood Compatibility study for the composite of Hydroxylapatite Particles and Collagen

本实验将羟基磷灰石——胶原复合材料与血液直接触，观察其是否对红细胞有破坏作用。通过与对照组的对比研究，从而对复合材料的血液相容性作出评价。实验符合国际标准化组织规定要求。结果表明，羟基磷灰石──胶原复合材料无溶血作用，具有良好的血液相容性。

In this study,solution of the comPOsite of Hydroxylapatite particles and eollagen were mixed with blood. Compared with control groups,the effect of resoluvent blood of the composite was evaluted. The experiment conformed to standards made by ISO. Results demonstrated that the composite does not resolve red blood cells and has good blood compatibility.
