重庆市蔬菜农药残留动态变化及质量安全风险评估 被引量:21

摘要 对重庆市大型蔬菜批发市场、农贸市场、超市、生产基地7大类蔬菜中9种农药残留情况进行了定点跟踪监测。结果表明,2006年蔬菜农药总残留量具有先上升后下降的动态变化;其中农药残留超标率为豆类、茄果类和绿叶菜类蔬菜高于其它种类蔬菜,市场蔬菜高于基地蔬菜,外地蔬菜高于本地蔬菜;第二、三季度的蔬菜质量安全指数大于1,安全状态存在一定风险;从农药污染综合值评价,甲胺磷、氧化乐果是影响重庆市蔬菜质量安全的主要因素。 Nine pesticide residues in seven kinds of vegetables in wholesale markets, retail markets, supermarkets, vegetable production bases in Chongqing were investigated quarterly during a whole year. The results showed that the pesticide residues in early year were higher than those in late year. The excessive rates of legumes, aubergine, pepper, tomato and green-leaf vegetables were higher than that of other kinds of vegetables, the pesticide residues of vegetables from markets were higher than those from vegetable production bases, pesticide residues of vegetables shipped from outside Chongqing were higher than those of vegetables produced locally. The safety indexes of vegetables quality were higher than I in the second and the third quarters, and the safety was a certain risk. Methamidophos and omethoate were the primary factors affecting the safety of vegetables quality in Chongqing.
