两种西酞普兰治疗抑郁症的临床对照分析

Two citalopram in the treatment of depressive patients

目的:比较两个不同的生产厂家的西酞普兰的疗效与不良时间的差异。方法:80例符合CCMD-3抑郁症诊断标准的病人随机分为2组,分别给予喜普妙和喜太乐,治疗观察8周。结果:两组在治疗前后均有非常显著改善(P<0.01),组间比较均无差异,仅B组第2周末睡眠比A组好,差异有显著性(t=4.23,P<0.01)。不良反应两组相似。结论:两种西酞普兰疗效与不良反应相似,差异没有显著性。

Objectlve：To compare efficacy and side effects of two citalopram in the treatment of patients with schizophrenia. Methods：80 patients meeting depression criterion in CCMD -3 were simdomly divided into group A （xipumiao） and group B （xitaile）, and observed for 8 weeks. Results： Two groups have significant changes in symptoms , but no differences in efficacy and side effects was found between two groups except great efficacy in sleep of group B in second weekend. Conclusions： The efficacy of two citalopram in the treatment of depressive patients is good.
