摘要
目的:调查精神疾病患者伴发院内感染肺炎的易感因素。方法:对院内感染肺炎患者进行回顾性调查,精神疾病诊断采用中国精神障碍分类与诊断标准第3版诊断标准,院内感染诊断标准采用全国医院感染管理及新法规高级培训班相关文件会编(1)的诊断标准。排除伴有其它躯体疾病患者,共18例,自制调查表,调查其一般情况及用药等情况。结果:院内感染肺炎患者以右肺感染多见,吸烟、服用氯氮平、入院第1～2个月易感。结论:院内感染肺炎可能是综合因素影响,服用氯氮平者应重点防范。
Objective：To inveatigate risk factors associated with nosocomial pneumonia for the patients with mental illness. Methods ： Nosocomial pneumonia patients were investigated retrospectively. The mental illness diagnosis follows the criteria of CCMD - 3, nosocomial infection is based on the infection control in hospitals throughout the country and the new regulations set by advanced training courses and its relevant documents （1）. Excluding the patients with other physical diseases, there are 18 cases in total, drug administation and general condition were survayed with the self - designed questionnaire. Results： Nosocomial pneumonia with the right lung infection prevalent. Smoking, taking clozapine, and 1 -2 month hospitalized patients are more susceptible to the infection. Conclusions： Nosocomial pneumonia may be due to combination of factors, the patients taking clozapine should focus on prevention.
