精神分裂症家属情感表达与患者服药依从性的相关性研究

Study relativity between emotional expression of schizophrenic patients' relatives and insisting on taking the medicine of patients

目的:探讨精神分裂症家属情感表达与精神分裂症患者服药依从性的相关性。方法:对158例首次发作且痊愈出院的精神分裂症患者的家属,采用坎伯威尔家庭问卷中文版(CFI-CV)进行调查,根据CFI-CV评分,将被调查对象分为高情感表达组和低情感表达组,并对精神分裂症患者进行2年随访,以比较两组间患者的服药依从性。结果:样本中高情感表达家属为50.17%、低情感表达家属为48.83%;且对两组间精神分裂症患者的服药依从性进行比较,分别为入组时差异无显著性(P>0.05)、1年内有显著性差异(P<0.05)、2年内有极显著性差异(P<0.001)。结论:精神分裂症家属的情感表达与患者的服药依从性有极高的相关性,有必要对高情感表达家属进行心理干预与健康教育,以利于促进患者服药依从性,进而预防和降低精神分裂症患者的疾病复发率。

Objective：To explore the relativity between the expressed emotion EEl of schizophrenic relatives and insisting on taking the medicine of schizophrenic patients. Methods .The chinese version of Cam berwell family interview （ CFI - tV） was used to measure the 158 cases expressed emotion among relatives of schizophrenic patients who were in their first onset and had beenrecvered. Accordingto CFI -CV, the subjects were divided into two groups： the high expressed emotion and the low expressed emotion. To compar insisting in taking the medicine of schizo - phrenic patients between the two groups by following survey of two years. Results： 50. 17% of subjects was in the high and 48.83% in the low - EE. By the two groups＇comaredand studied in this paper. It has been shown that there is no significant difference when were elected （p）0.05], significant difference by one years following survey （p （0.05） and very significant difference by two years following survey （ p （ 0.001 ）. Conclusions： The in fluence of the expressed emotion among relatives of schizophrenic was important towards the patients who were insisting on taking the medicine. It is necessary to take psychology interference and eduction of Health towards the High - EE of relatives to improve on insisting on taking the medicine of patients, in order to prevent or lower the recurrence of schizophrenic.
