住院精神分裂症患者抗精神病药应用调查分析

目的:了解住院精神分裂症患者APD使用现状。方法:采用自行设计调查式表格逐一登记,按一般方法统计。结果:单一用药为37.83%,两药以上合用为62.17%,传统APD氯氮平为众药之首,占55.92%,新型APD为30.04%。结论:单一用药远低于国内其他精神病院的71%,新型APD所占比例也远低于发达国家。临床医生选择氯氮平时,对选用原则和躯体情况缺乏足够认识。

Objective：To analysis the utilization of antipsychotic drng in schizophrenia inpatient. Methods：A self - - designid investigation forms were used one by one, estimated by using a Camputational Procedcure. Results： 37.83% were in single drng therapy, 62.17% were in more two drngs therapy, 55.92% were in therapy wieh clozaplne, 30.04% were in therapy wieh new atypical antipsychotic drng. Conclusions： The rate in single drng therapy is lawer than other mental hospital（71% ）, There were lower proportion in new atypical antipsyehotic than developed eaentries, the resnhs suggest that recognition of selecting drng prinecple and physical state to clinician were poor.
