共同心房及合并畸形的诊断和外科治疗

Diagnosis and Surgical Treatment of Common Atrium & Associated Cardiac Abnormalities

１９８４～１９９４年１０年间手术治疗共同心房１３例，其中合并二尖瓣裂８例，三尖瓣隔瓣裂５例，左上腔静脉７例。无早、晚期死亡。经２～１１年随诊效果满意。作者认为，术中防止传导束损伤、妥善修复二尖瓣关闭不全以及正确处理合并畸形是手术成功的关键。

Common atrium is a rare congenital heart disease,usually co existing with cleft of mitral valve,tricuspid valve and persistent left superior vena cava.From 1984～1994,corrective surgery of common atrium was performed in 13 patients;the cleft of mitral valve was repaired in 8 and the cleft of tricuspid valve in 6,and the persistent left superior vena cava was ligated in 7.No early or late death occurred.The results of 2 11 year follow up were satisfactory.The author considers that keys to a successful operation are preservation of the conductive system during repair of the interatrial communication and correction of the cleft of mitral or/and tricuspid valves completely.
