反复呼吸道感染儿童血清甘露聚糖结合凝集素水平测定的意义 被引量:2

The significance of the relationship between mannose binding lectin serum levels and the children's recurrent respiratory tract infections

摘要 目的了解反复呼吸道感染儿童血清甘露聚糖结合凝集素(mannose binding lectin,MBL)水平,以及血清MBL水平与反复呼吸道感染的关系。方法用ELISA法检测6个月至10岁健康儿童92例及6个月至10岁反复呼吸道感染儿童77例的血清MBL水平,并对其血清MBL水平进行比较。结果同年龄健康儿童血清MBL水平为(3.344±2.092)μg/ml,反复呼吸道感染儿童外周血清MBL水平为(2.171±1.240)μg/ml,两者比较,差异有显著意义(P<0.05)。结论低血清MBL水平与反复呼吸道感染有相关性,可能是反复呼吸道感染的原因之一。 Objective To establish the children's reference range of serum level of mannose binding lectin (MBL)serum levels, and to find the relationship between MBL and recurrent respiratory tract infections (RRTI). Methods Serum levels of MBL were determined in 92 healthy children and 77 children with recurrent respiratory tract infections (RRTI), then compared with the levels of MBL between this two groups. Results The evaluation in healthy children and children with RRTI were ( 3.34 ± 2. 09) μg/ml and (2. 17 ±1. 24) μg/ml, respectively. There was a significant difference (P 〈 0. 05). Conclusion There is a interrelation between the lower level of MBL and the RRTI. The lower level of MBL may be cause RRTI.
