商贸服务企业应积极贯彻ISO9000族标准,建立符合自身经营特点和特色的月民务质量体系。既要采取“受益者推动”方式,更要采取“管理者推动”方式;既要建立质量保证体系,更要积极开展全面质量管理,实现商品质量标准化,业务管理程序化,服务行为规范化。
Commercial and service enterprises should actively carry out the ISO 9000 family ofinternational standards, and establish service quality systems with their characteristics and suitable forthemselves. They should take not only 'stakeholder - motivated' approach, but also 'management -motivated'approach, and n0t only build quality assurance systems, hut also actively initiate t0tal qualitymanagement, so that they can accomplish goods quality standardization, business management stylization,and service standardization.
