胃肠钡餐造影中胃肠动力药的应用价值

目的:胃肠动力药在腹部影像检查中的应用价值。方法:选取胃肠钡餐造影检查500例患者,口服莫沙比利,30min～60min检查一次,90min、150min、180min分别检查一次,个别情况采用机动应用法,观测钡剂通过情况及病变的检出情况。结果:检查时间缩短2倍以上,病变检出率提高20%。结论:在腹部影像检查中(胃肠钡餐造影)合理应用胃肠动力药,可缩短检查时间,使检查图像清晰,有利于诊断,提高检查效果质量,可作为小肠、结肠病变钡餐造影检查影像诊断中的常规应用。
