摘要 分析了知识分享的意义,阐述了知识分享研究的理论基础,对知识分享动机的制约因素进行了探讨。 This paper analyzes on the significance of the knowledge sharing, expounds the theoretical foundation of the research on the knowledge sharing, and probes into the factors restricting the staff' s knowledge sharing motivation.
