Abacus Apparatus of Unit Relation and Measuring Implement of Units System

针对单名数（整数、小数、分数）的教与学耗时太多、效果不佳的状况，提倡自制单位制量具，构建单位关系体系；主张用十进制单位制量具（实践）与十进制单位关系（理论）的结合施教，达到事半功倍的目的。

According to the status of time-consuming and bad effect when teaching and learning single-character number （integer, decimal number and fractions）, the author advocates the self-making measuring tool, constructing the system of unit relation, and proposes educating to combine denary system implement （practice） with denary system unit relation （theory） in order to get twice result with half effort.
