2型糖尿病分子遗传学研究的现今认识 被引量:2

摘要 近年研究表明,遗传因素在2型糖尿病(2-DM)的发生中起重要作用。但2-DM的遗传模式不符合单纯的孟德尔遗传,而是呈复杂性遗传模式,即多个基因变异与环境因素的影响共同决定疾病的易感性。由于这类复杂性疾病存在着基因-基因及基因-环境间的相互作用,因而给研究这类疾病的易感基因带来很大困难。
