摘要
本文论述了温度对精密测量的影响及传统温度误差公式的不足之处，指出提高温度误差修正精度的途径。
In this paper, the effects of temperature on precision measurement are described, and the disadvantages of traditional error formula of temperature are pointed out Based on these, we introduce the ways to improve the correction precision of temperature error, and carry out a kind of new experimental setup for temperature measurement with high accuracy.
