基于双ARM的PCB钻床控制器设计

摘要 介绍了一种基于双端口RAM的双ARM印刷电路板钻床控制器。控制器由人机界面系统和运动控制系统两个部分组成。这两个系统通过双端口RAM IDT7132进行连接。探讨了系统的硬件构成和相关关键技术。最后介绍了基于μC/OS-II实时操作系统的人机界面系统的软件设计和基于时间触发的机床运动控制系统的软件设计。 A design of the PCB drilling machine controller based on the dual ARM MCU and Dual - Port RAM is introduced in this paper. The controller is composed by two systems, the GUI system and the movement control system, which are connected with Dual- Port RAM IDT7132. The hardware composition and design is expounded in this paper. At last, the design of the GUI system software based on uC/OS - Ⅱ RTOS and the design of the movement control system software based on time - triggered mode are also introduced in this paper.
