摘要
针对KM刀柄锥面定位在不同夹紧力下进行有限元模拟,得到径向位移、接触应力、锥面间隙结果。分析结果表明在刀柄锥面的中部出现间隙和接触应力为0的现象,这将会给刀柄在主轴中保持正确位置和有效承担切削载荷带来负面影响。
This paper focus on simulating the KM toolholder taper interface positioning under different clamping force by using Finite -element Method. As the result, the radial displacement, contact stress and taper interface gap are received. It indicates that there is gap and zero contact stress on the taper interface. Undoubtedly, itll bring the negetive effect on the reliability of positioning for the toolholer.
