摘要
激光冲击成形是一个受多因素影响的过程,在开环控制条件下,工艺条件改变时,成形系统不能做出适当的调整,因而无法获得期望的成形效果。为了解决这个问题,通过不断地调整加工工艺,最终获得了几何性能(尺寸精度、表面粗糙度)和力学性能达到设计要求的三维实体工件,从激光冲击成形使用自动检测系统的必要性出发,介绍了自动检测系统的组成,触发式测头自动检测系统的工作原理,及其在激光冲击成形中的工作过程。
Laser shock forming process (LSFI is a new and advanced manufacturing technology, and it is affected by many factors. As forming parts with opened - loop control system, the process parameters can't be adjusted according to the actual conditions, once conditions varying the process can't obtain the expected results. In order to solve these problems, and by adjusting the process parameters continually, the expected properties can be designed into the part, this paper discusses briefly the necessity using automatic test system during LSF, then introduces its formation, the operating principle of the touch trigger pole auto- matic test system as well as the working process in LSF.
