摘要
分析了汽车制动力测试设备原单片机控制系统的不足,提出了计算机软、硬件控制技术相结合的改造方案。改造后的系统提高了测试精度,并能实现测试过程的自动化、实时动态显示测试过程及能对测试数据进行计算、存储和重现测试过程等处理,取得了较好的应用效果。
Some disadvantages of the former SCM ( single chip machine) system of automobile brake force test device are simply analyzed. A new re- constructable scheme integrated with computer software and hardware technology is presented. The new system can improve the test precision, realize the automatization of the test process, display the test process dynamically and deal with the test data, such as calculating, saving and redisplaying the data, thus it has brought good application effect.
