摘要
介绍了采用30 m3聚合釜生产低聚合度PVC树脂的配方设计和调整情况,对试生产中出现的问题进行了分析、处理,并与同行业的产品质量进行了对比,对用户的跟踪调查表明:该配方投入生产后,具有良好的经济效益。
The design and adjustment of formula for the production of PVC resin with low pol- ymerization degree in 30 m^3 polymerizer were introduced. Problems occurring during the trial production process were analyzed and treated. The results of quality comparison and using effect showed that the formula could achieve good social and economic benefits.
