摘要
本文介绍一种工作于-50~+50℃的新型低温标准黑体辐射源的系统设计和性能测试结果。这种黑体辐射源采用氨/不锈钢热管均温、液氮致冷和致冷用氮排气防霜的方案。黑体空腔形状为圆锥圆柱形,腔长为350mm,最大光阑口径为60mm,控温稳定性优于±004℃/30mm,腔壁温度均匀性优于006℃(在均温区内)。
A heat pipe low temperature blackbody radiation source for providing target temperatures between 50℃ and +50℃ has been designed and evaluated.This source adopts an ammonia/stainless steel heat pipe to achieve temperature uniformity along the cavity,and when it is working below room temperature,liquid nitrogen is first used to cool the outside of the heat pipe and then used to prevent frost buildup in the blackbody cavity.There is a cone cylinder cavity of length 350mm with a maximum aperture of diameter 60mm in the heat pipe blackbody.The temperature stability is better than ±0.04℃/30min in -30~+50℃,and the uniformity is better than 0.06℃.
