几种典型盐地植物茎叶表面的扫描电镜观察 被引量:11

摘要 本文观察了五种典型盐地植物,发现盐角草和盐琐琐的茎叶表皮细胞外壁向外突出形成圆锥体,使结构、功能和环境条件达到了高度统一。另外还发现花花柴茎叶表面有泌盐腺和泌盐孔。为进一步研究它们的抗盐机理提供了结构依据。 Five species of typical saline plants were observed and the out wall of cell protuberance of cone body in the stem and leaf epidermis of Salicornia europaea and Halocnemum strobilaceum was found out. Thus the structure, function and environment were integrated very closely. It was also observed that there were salt glands and salt-stomata on the stem and leaf epidermis of Karelinia caspica. All these proved some grounds for further investigation of their anti-salt physiology.
