肿瘤坏死因子基因多态性与恶性肿瘤易感性关系的研究进展
摘要
近年来,肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)的各种生物活性已被鉴定,并且在TNF基因多态性方面也有一定的研究。在某些疾病中,TNF的水平与其基因的多态性有关,并且这种多态性与疾病的易感性、进展及预后相关。本文就这方面的研究做一综述。
