摘要
一些风湿性疾病与恶性肿瘤具有明显的相关性，如皮肌炎与各种实体肿瘤、干燥综合征与淋巴瘤、系统性硬化与肺腺癌等，长期使用免疫抑制剂也可导致肿瘤的发生。类风湿关节炎（RA）患者合并恶性肿瘤的情况国内外均有报道，其具体发病机制不详。本文就类风湿关节炎合并恶性肿瘤的发病情况及发病机制作一综述。
