使用国产板式脱臭塔脱臭时,脱臭馏出物的酸值在65 mgKOH/g左右,使用Alfa Laval软塔,其酸值在120 mgKOH/g左右。在设计新脱臭塔时,为了保证成品油品质,可采用填料和板式段相结合的方式。国产板式脱臭塔通过改用600 mm厚丝网层捕集飞溅油和游离脂肪酸,可提高馏出物的酸值到90 mgKOH/g,同时可降低馏出物中的含油量,提高油脂精炼率0.1%~0.3%。
