四种豆科牧草花药和组织培养的研究 被引量:3

摘要 对红豆草、苜蓿、百脉根和鹰嘴紫云英的花药、茎尖和茎段进行试管培养。以B_5,N_6,MS基本培养基附加不同成分组成12种诱导愈伤培养基和3种分化培养基,筛选不同草种和组织的最适培养基,并对形成愈伤组织及分化过程中的培养方法、条件和影响因素等进行了观察研究。 In this paper, the methods for culturing anthers, growing points and stem parts of Sainfoin, Alfalfa, Birdsfoot and Milkvetch were studied in tubes and the selection of the optimum medium for different species from 12 inducing media and 3 differentiating media Was carried out.The conditions which might influence the induction of callus and the differentiation of tissues were also tested.
