艾灸防治化疗致白细胞减少症46例疗效观察

Prevention and Treatment of Leucopenia due to Chemotherapy by Moxibus- tion:A Clinical Observation of 46 Cases

目的:观察艾灸防治化疗致白细胞减少症的临床疗效。方法:将46例患者(计92例次化疗)分为2组,采用自身前后对照方法观察,艾灸组在化疗同时艾灸足三里、三阴交;2组均在白细胞减少达Ⅲ度以上时给予粒细胞-巨噬细胞集落刺激因子治疗。比较2组各级白细胞减少发生的例次、住院天数及升高白细胞费用。观察艾灸依从性及不良反应。结果:艾灸组发生Ⅲ～Ⅳ度白细胞减少的例次较非艾灸组明显减少,2组比较,差异有显著性意义(P＜0.05);史灸组住院时间平均(10.5±1.09)天,非艾灸组平均(15.71±2.04)天,2组比较,差异有非常显著性意义(P＜0.01);艾灸组使用升高白细胞西药的例次明显减少,用于防治化疗致白细胞减少症的费用明显降低。结论:艾灸可有效防治化疗致白细胞减少症,并能缩短住院天数、减少住院费用,操作方便,无副作用,值得临床推广应用。

Abstraot:Objective:To Observe the clinical effect of moxibustion for leueopenia due to chemotherapy.Methods:46 cases(92 times of chemotherapy)were allocated to 2 groups.The self control trial was adopted.In the moxibustion group(MG), chemotherapy was applied together with moxibustion Zusanli(ST 36)and Sanyinjiao (SJ 8)points simultaneously.In non-moxibustion group(NG)when leucopenia at- tainedⅢ°,graoulocyte-macrophage colony stimulating factor therapy was applied. The frequency of leueopenia occurrence,the hospitalized days and fee in both groups were compared.Results:The frequeney ofⅢ°-Ⅳ°leucopenia in MG markedly de- creased than that of NG(P＜0.05),the hospitalized days was 10.5±1.09 days in MG anti 15.71±2.04 days in NG(P＜0.01).In MG,the cases necessary for leueogenic medicine were markedly recuced,and the fee of chemotherapy markedly decreased.Conclusion:Moxibustioin can prevent and treat leueopenia due to chematherapy.decrease hospitalized days and fee,and is convenient and free of side effect.
