心电图超声心动图及冠脉造影对诊断心梗的对比

Contrast Research of Electrocardiogram,Ultrasound Cardiogram and Coronary Arterigraphy about Diagnosing Myocardiac Infarction

目的对比研究心电图(ECG)、超声心动图(UCG)、冠状动脉造影(CAG)对心肌梗死(MI)的诊断价值。方法对疑诊86例心肌梗死患者进行ECG、UCG、CAG检查比较。结果以CAG结果为标准,在86例疑诊心肌梗死患者中ECG异常者占62.8%,诊断率为79.4%。UCG异常者占60.5%,诊断率为76.5%。CAG异常者占81.4%(确诊MI患者68例)。结论研究证实ECG、UCG、CAG对MI均具有较高的诊断率,且各有特点,对诊断各具有互补性。

Objective To contrast diagnostic value of electrocardiogram （ECG）, ultrasound cardiogram （UCG） and coronary arterigraphy （CAG） about diagnostic myocardiac infarction （ MI ）. Methods To contrast results of ECG, UCG and CAG about 86 doubt MI cases. Results According to a diagnostic standard of CAG of 86 doubt MI cases, abnormal ECG was 62.8%, diagnostic rates was 79.4% ;abnormal UCG was 60.5% ,diagnostic rate was 76.5% ; abnormal CAG was 81.4% （ MI cases was 68）. Conclusion To MI,diagnostic rate of ECG,UCG and CAG had a high level,a special characteristics respectively and complementarity.
