教育改革首先应是教育理念的变革,以优化课堂口语教学为突破口,提高学生内在素质,积极培养学生的创造性思维,帮助学生形成自主学习的能力,从而有效地提高学生素质是教师职责所在。

Education reform rests on the reform of education thought at first. We may take optimization of spoken English teaching as the breakthrough to improve students＇ quality , cultivate students＇ creative thinking pattern and help students improve the ability of independent study. In this way, we can improve students＇ quality which is the long--term job for teachers.
