摘要 本文利用Beckman LS-9800液闪仪单光子监测装置,探测了小麦旗叶、竹子叶片及加拿大杨树叶片等器官的自然超弱发光。样品在黄色光源下称重,暗适应两小时,置消除静电干扰的闪烁杯中测量。采用偏度峰值分析法表明:经消除静电发光、光致发光的干扰;作经过时间、样品称重的校正,求出的发光特征参数能反映植物超弱发光特征。但是,样品经饱和冷光剂(pH=8)润湿,样品除制备更简单外,测量精度、灵敏度大大提高,且不必再作经过时间校正。 The spontaneous superweak luminescence of wheat flag leaves, bamboo leaves, and leaves or other organs of Canada popular were examined by the single photo monitor in Beckman LS-9800. Samples were weighed under yellow light,adapted in dark room, and measured in scintillation vial, from which the interference of static electricity waseliminated. The results obtained reflected the superweak luminescence of plants. It was found that the procedures of preparing sample would be simpler, the results of measuring would be more precise and sensitive, and the ELT would not becorrected if the cold light reagent(pHS.0)was used to drench the samples tested.
