摘要
通过调查问卷和教学实验分析,认为在新时期普通高校体育课程教育中,运用“技击→养生→休闲”教学法进行太极拳套路教学,能有效培养大学生终身体育的运动技能和锻炼习惯。教学实验前后,实验组和对照组对太极拳锻炼的认识层面和坚持锻炼的习惯,问卷调查统计结果有明显的差异,期末太极拳套路教学考核效果对比呈极其显著性差异(P<0.01)。
Through the analysis of questionnaires and teaching experiments, it is shown that in new period universities' P. E. curriculum, teaching a series of skills and tricks of Taijiquan can cultivate university students' lifelong sports skills and physical training habit by applying the pedagogy of' the state for attack and defense→the state for caring for life→the state of lying fallow'. Before and after the teaching experiment, the learning level of Taijiquan training and the habit of keeping the training have obvious differences between Experiment Group and Comparative Group (P〈0.01) as it is shown by the statistic result of the questionnaires. And the examined effects of the end-of-term Taijiquan skills and tricks teaching show an extremly significant difference.
