十宣汤镇痛作用及临床研究

Analgesic Experiments and Clinical Observation of Shixuan Decoction

目的研究十宣汤的镇痛作用。方法采用醋酸致小鼠扭体反应及小鼠热板法进行镇痛作用的实验研究;对其用于改良乳突术后刀口痛及硬脑膜粘连瘢性头痛进行疗效观察。结果十宣汤对醋酸诱发的疼痛反应有明显抑制作用;疗效观察显示其止痛有效率明显高于对照组。结论十宣汤有明显的镇痛作用。

Objective To study the analgesic effects of shixuan soup. Methods The analgesic effect was determined with mouse writhing method and hot board method. Results Shixuan decoction could reduce the times of wist up of mice and response of mice to high temperature ; compared with control group, it is markedly difference on analgesic with the clinical observation. Conclusion Shixuan Decoction has prominent analgesic effects.
