我国教师教育正处在重大的历史转折和发展时期,建立开放的教师教育体系,是教师教育改革与发展的重要内容。在“师范教育”向“教师教育”转变、学科教育与教师专业教育逐步分离的趋势下,教师教育实现开放式办学,应从办学模式、教育内容、教育体制等方面入手。

Teacher＇ s education in China is in the important period of historical turn and development.Establishing an open system for teacher＇ s education is one of important contents for the reform and development of teacher＇ s education. This article will discuss some circumstances under the trend of normal education transformed to teacher＇ s education and subject education separated from teacher＇ s profession education . Teacher＇ s education will conduct how to run a school , some basic propositions are, put forward on the model of running a school educational content as well as educational system and so on .
