介绍SNMP协议的概念,阐明SNMP的网络管理模型,结合ITSM系统的结构与功能,阐述实际使用中取得的效果。
It was given out a brief introduction of the concept of SNMP protocol. The network management mode of the SNMP was illustrated. The architecture and function of ITSM System was described and the effects of practicing SNMP in ITSM were also discussed.
