The Location of the Efferent Neurons of the CloacalBursa in the Chicken: A Horseradish Peroxidase Study

将CB—HRP注入鸡腔上囊壁内,支配腔上囊的神经元被标记。支配腔上囊的长轴突型交感节前神经元在胸7—腰荐3(简称T_7—LS_3)髓节的Terni氏柱内,主要位于LS_1—LS_2髓节。在LS_8—LS_(11)髓节中央管背侧和背外侧区有大量标记细胞,主要集中于LS_8髓节,这些标记细胞是支配腔上囊的副交感节前神经元,其轴突大部分行经同侧盆神经到达腔上囊,少数行经对侧的盆神经到达腔上囊。腔上囊的交感节后神经元位于T_6—L_(13)交感干神经节和肾上腺神经节,交感干的标记细胞集中位于LS_9—LS_(11)和LS_2—LS_3。副交感节后神经元位于盆神经和泄殖腔神经节内。在肠神经内有大量的标记细胞。

CB-HRP was injected into the wall of the cloacal bursa in the chicken and neurons innervating the cloacal bursa were labeled. The sympathetic preganglionic neurons with long axons to the cloacal were found in Terni's column in the segments T_7—LS_3. They were mainly located in the LS_1—LS_2 spinal cord segments.There were many labeled neurons in the region of dorsal and dorsal lateral to the central canal of the spinal cord in the segments LS_8—LS_(11), most of them located in LS_9—LS_(10). They were the parasympathetic preganglionic neurons with long axons to the cloacal bursa, most of which passed through the ipsilateral pelvic nerve while some by way of the contralateral pelvic nerve. The sympathetic postganglionic neurons were found in the paravertebral ganglia T_6—LS_(13), most of them in LS_2—LS_3 and LS_9—LS_(11). Some neurons were labeled in the adrenal ganglia and adrenal parenchyma. They were sympathetic postganglionic neurons also. The parasympathetic postganglionic neurons were found in the pelvic nerve and cloacal ganglion. A lot of neurons were labeled in the intestinal nerve of Remark.
