摘要
为探讨棉花热激蛋白(HSP)的产生规律,选用湖北省推广的优质高产棉花(GosypiumhirsutumL.)品种鄂棉16和鄂抗棉3号,采用电泳、扫描等技术对棉花HSP进行了初步研究。结果表明:热激处理可以诱导一系列HSP的合成,同时关闭或抑制正常蛋白质的合成。HSP诱导合成的最适条件是42℃、2h。但最适热激处理时期因品种不同而异:鄂棉16为萌动期和一叶期,鄂抗棉3号为子叶期和一叶期。
By using fine and highyielding cotton ( Gossypium hirsutum L.) varieties, Emian 16 and Ekangmian 3 which were widely grown in Hubei province, and adopting electrophoresis, scanning techniques, a primary study on cotton HSP was conducted. The results shew: heat shock treatment induced a set of HSP sythesis, and also closed or blocked the synthesis of normal proteins. The optimium heat shock condition for inducing HSP synthesis was 42℃ for 2 hours. However, the optimium growing period for being heat shocked varied from varieties: germinating and oneleaf periods for Emian16 and cotyledon and oneleaf periods for Ekangmian 3.
