摘要
自主开发的基于 SIMATIC TDC 平台的热连轧自动控制系统以 SIMATIC TDC 硬件为基础,采用多级系统结构,各级间高速光纤以太网、高性能控制器间高速 GDM(Global Data Memory)全局数据内存网、高性能控制器与现场设备间 Profibus_DP 网通信、L2级服务器热机备份策略、L1级光纤以太网冗余设计等创新设计,软件方面自主设计开发了拥有自主知识产权的 L2级中间件系统、L2级关键数学模型和 L1级核心控制模型。该系统是国内自主开发的第一套基于 SIMATIC TDC 平台的热连轧自动控制系统,系统已经在莱芜1500mm 热连轧生产线上得到应用,取得了很好的应用效果。
Multilevel system, high speed fabric Ethernet between levels, high speed global data memory network between controllers, high speed Profibus DP network between controller and equipments, hot machine backup strategy of level2 sever,fabric Ethernet redundancy of L1 and other innovative design ideas, and L2 main mathematics models, levell key control models are all applied in the system. The system is the first automatic control system based on TDC for hot strip line and developed by ourselves, and was applied on 1500mm hot strip line of Laiwu Iron and Steel corporation.
