摘要
为满足 HL-2A 装置环向磁场的要求,成功研制了两套80MVA 机组超同步双馈调速装置。基于三相逻辑无环流交交变频器,通过对两台2500kW 拖动电机采用双馈电机定子磁场定向的矢量控制技术进行调速后,将机组的最高转速由以前的额定转速1488r/min 提高到1650r/min,每台机组的一次脉冲放电释能达到500MJ,从而使 HL-2A 装置环向磁场能够达到2.8特斯拉。
Two sets of super-synchronization double fed speed control assemblies for 80MVA motor generators have been developed successfully in order to satisfy the needs of toroidal field in HL-2A tokamak device. Based on the three-phase logical no-circumfluence AC-AC cycloconverter, the speeds of the two 2500kW induction motors have been regulated by means of the stator flux-oriented vector control on the double fed induction machine. Then the highest rotative speeds of the two motor generators have been increased from 1488rpm rated speed to 1650rpm and the released energy in each motor generator during a pulse discharge has reached 500MJ. So that HL-2A can be provided with 2.8T toroidal field.
