摘要
通过模块的组合,可实现手工电弧焊、点焊和碳弧气刨,TIG 氩弧焊,CO_2/MIG/MAG 焊等多种焊接功能,各个单元模块均是独立的微处理器控制系统,单元之间通过通信协议进行信息的传递,通过软件算法使逆变焊接电源单元具有多种外特性,满足了不同焊接工艺的要求。本文给出了系统硬件结构框图和软件流程,以及在强电磁干扰下的可靠性设计。
In this paper, the research of a kind of separating digital inverter system controlled by MCU based on 80C196KC is discusseG which eliminating the interference to the least and improve the expansibility of the system. Via module combination the system can achieve MMA, spot, carbon gauge, TIG, CO2/MIG/MAG welding purpose. Through flexible digital arithmetic, the welding system can generate the different feature curves to satisfied the different welding purpose. The scheme of system hardware and the diagram of software are given.
