摘要
在相差显微镜下详细地观察了2株黑曲霉在最适条件下形成原生质体及其再生的过程。结果表明,黑曲霉的原生质体均能从菌丝体的顶端及其它部位释放出来。释放的原生质体呈球形,大小不一。大多数原生质体内均能清晰地看见含有1个巨大的液泡。原生质体再生同时存在2种形式:一是先从原生质体产生1个突出物,随后突出物逐渐增大并延伸成1条旋绕的无隔菌丝,继续发展成有隔的正常菌丝;第二种方式是由酵母状细胞短链发育成正常菌丝。
The details about the procedure of regeneration and formation under the optimal condition of two Aspergillus niger auxotrophic mutants protoplasts were observed by phasecontrast microscope. The result revealed that the protoplasts can be released from both the top and other locations at the mycelia. The protoplasts were observed as small or big balls, and most of them had a huge liquid bubble. The protoplasts regenerated in two ways: one way was that a budlike structure rose first from the protoplast, then developed to a zigzag mycelium without cross walls, and at last, it became the ordinary mycelium; the other way was that a yeastlike short chain first appeared and then became a ordinary mycelium.
