摘要 工业生态学是针对生产过程末端治理的缺陷而产生的一门新兴学科。文章主要从技术哲学的角度对工业生态学进行了技术层面的审视。首先解读了工业生态学的概念内涵,认为它是一种试图以某种社会利益尽可能少的破坏环境的方式来设计工业过程的立场;接着分析了工业生态学在技术哲学思想中的技术定位,认为它属于技术控制主义的技术理念并契合了技术哲学研究的经验转向;最后指出了工业生态学思想在实践中所面临的技术之为技术的一般性障碍。 Industrial ecology is the new subject which contrapose the limitation of the end of pipe.This paper surveys the technological aspect of industrial ecology from the angle of philosophy of technology.Firstly,it thinks that the industrial ecology is a standpoint which trying to design the industry process so that the social benefit within the limits of destroying the surroundings.Secondly,it analyzes technological orientation of industrial ecology in the thoughts of philosophy of technology,and thinks that the industrial ecology belongs to the technological ideal of technological appropriateness and corresponds to the experiential turn in the philosophy of technology.Lastly,it points that industrial ecology faces the universality obstacle which technology is technology in practice.
