摘要
按照人为可靠性理论,结合乘务工作,对影响司机操纵可靠性的生理与环境因素和信息传递过程进行司机人为失误分析,探讨提高司机操纵可靠性的正确途径。
This paper presents an analysis of the factors affecting the reliabil- ity of driver’s pilot and causing human error in aspect of physiology, environment, and information transmission in light of the theory of human reliability and actual operation, in order to find out the ap- proach to improve the reliability of the driver’s pilot.
