羊绒/蚕丝同浴染色工艺的研究

Research of technology on cashmere/silk in the same dyeing bath

文章在对羊绒、蚕丝的结构和性能进行分析的基础上,从染料的选择、染色工艺条件及助剂等几个方面对丝绒同浴染色工艺进行了研究。通过实验得出丝绒同浴染色最佳染色工艺,指出选用适当的渗透剂、中性盐、匀染剂对于丝染深色以及提高同色性都很重要;同时选用疏水性较强、分子量较大的酸性染料,不仅能有效地提高同色性,还能提高色牢度。

The question that cashmere/silk yaru＇s dyeing homochromatie in the same dyeing bath is carried out in the thesis. Other influence factors such as the choice of dyestuff and the assistants in dyeing craft are studied on the base of analyzing structure and performance of cashmere/silk. Many influence factors are posed. Firstly, the degree of the lymphatic will increase before treatment of the silk dyeing craft, not only the chain link aged, but also the structure transform. The lymphatic assistants are chose in dyeing, so as to improve the homochromatic. Secondly, it is vital important to improve the homochromatie and the deep color of velvet that suitable neutral salt, the leveling dyeing agent are chose. The suitable things that are neutral salt, the leveling dyeing agent are chose. Thirdly, choosing the acid dyes which have strong lymphatic and large molecular weight not only improve the homoehrumatie but also improve the color fastness.
