摘要
文章研究了超细羊毛改性前后性能的差异,找出纳米改性的优势和不足。通过测试超细羊毛改性前后细度、长度、单纤维强力和伸长、卷曲性能、鳞片结构和摩擦因数,发现改性后超细羊毛的性能有较大改善,但是经过改性后,超细羊毛受到一定的损伤,断裂强力和伸长都有所减小。
This subject is researching the different properties between super fine wool and its modified wool, in order to find out the advantage and deficiency of nanometer modified. The study shows that the properties of modified super fine wool improved greatly, the mean diameter became finer, the length became longer, the degree of uniformity had also enhances greatly. The average curl elasticity had improvement greatly, the frictional coefficient also slightly had decrease. After modification, super fine wool received a little damage and its partial performance index of the textile fiber is not as good as super fine wool, and the break force and the elongation are also reduced.
