摘要 目的:探讨毫米波的治疗作用是否与局部微循环血流的变化有关,是否存在温热效应,与其他物理因子的治疗作用机制是否不同。方法:受试者分为两组,对照组:健康受试者30名;治疗组:局限性疼痛患者30例。结果:对比试验发现局限性疼痛患者受辐射前局部微循环血流明显低于健康受试者,经毫米波辐射后局限性疼痛患者局部微循环血流明显增加,而健康受试者微循环血流辐射前后无明显差异。同时测定的健康受试者远离部位──同侧中指指腹的微循环血流改变与受辐射局部的改变有一定的相应关系。本试验测定的两组受试者局部。及远离部位皮肤温度受辐射前后均无明显差异。结论:毫米波可以改善疼痛部位的微循环血流,但其温热效应不明显。 Objective : The effect of millimeter wave on local microcirculation bloodflow and it,s non- thermal effect were studied. Methods : The millimeter wave with 5. 6mm wavelength was irradiated on both forearms of 30 healthy persctns and 30 patients suffered from localized pain , for example ,the tennis elbow ,temporomandibular arthritis and hand's diseases etc. Results :The microcirculation bloodflow was improved markedly in the localiaed pain patients and not changed in the healthy persons. ln the mean time , their skin temperature was not changed in both groups. The microcirculation alteration in the dis- tant region (middle finger ) of healthy persons was similar to that of the local region irradiated. Conclu- sions : During the millimeter wave irradiation . the microcirculation of the localised pain patients can be improved and there are no obvious thermal effect.
