Problems and measures of the middle service of our China state-owned commercial banks

在介绍我国国有商业银行中间业务现状的基础上,针对其对中间业务重视程度不足,经营观念滞后,缺乏从事中间业务的复合型人才,对传统中间业务依赖程度较大,创新机制不完善等诸多问题,列举了国外发达国家商业银行在发展中间业务的先进经验,在借鉴的同时,提出了发展我国国有商业银行中间业务的对策建议。

In recent years, our country state-owned commercial banks have have certain degree development, but there also exists many problems, including insufficient focus on the middle service, old management philosophy, shortage of multi-skill talented personnel,dependency on traditional middle service and innovation mechanism imperfection. Therefore,our country state-owned commercial banks should unify their own situation,and simultaneously get advanced experience from the overseas to promote innovation and the development of middle service. It will not only be able to strengthen resistance future risk ability of state-owned commercial banks,but also enhance their international competitive power.
