摘要
复杂产品虚拟样机工程(CPVPE)技术是融合多学科技术的一门综合性技术,可用于复杂产品全生命周期的各个阶段,大幅度提高和解决产品设计开发过程中涉及的时间、质量和成本等问题。首先针对CPVPE的需求,提出了复杂产品虚拟样机全生命周期管理(CPVPLM)的概念,进而指出CPVPLM作为CPVPE的一项重要支撑技术,能对复杂产品虚拟样机(CPVP)全生命周期中的过程和信息进行全面管理,实现目前PLM尚未实现的功能。在此基础上探讨了面向CPVPLM的CPVP三维模型,研究并提出了一个实现CPVPLM的体系结构,介绍了原型系统在工程中的初步应用与实现。
Complex product virtual prototype engineering (CPVPE) technology is a synthetic technology which involves multidisciplinary knowledge, and it can be used in every phases of complex product to solve the time/quality/cost problems in product design and manufacture. The concept of complex product virtual prototype lifecycle management was proposed according to the requirement of CPVPE. As an important supporting technology, CPVPLM can manage all the process and information in CPVP lifecycle and implement the functions which are implemented by product lifecycle management (PLM) system. On the basis of above work, a lifecycle-oriented CPVP three dimensional model was discussed, and an architecture of realizing CPVPLM system was studied. The elementary research and implementation in practical engineering were introduced.
