摘要
仙人掌作为一种来源广泛、经济实用的植物,既可食用也可药用;其所含的营养成分和生物活性成分的发现和提取及其生物学作用是当前营养学研究的热点.尤其是仙人掌中的多糖类、黄酮类和生物碱等成分的生物作用,不断被发现,其对机体免疫功能、抗炎、降血糖和抗氧化作用为许多慢性疾病和肿瘤的预防及治疗开辟了新的途径.
Being used for broad source of food, Cactus is a kind of pragmatic plant of economy, and has medical effect; It is the focus of the nourishment composition and living composition of the cactus. Especially, those are being found the biology effect of polysaccharide, flavonoid and alkaloid in the cactus now. They open up a new approach for prevention and treatment of many chronic diseases and tumor because of its immune function, inflammation and antioxidation.
