疤痕疙瘩术后放射治疗临床应用 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨深部X线射线对疤痕疙瘩术后的放射治疗疗效及临床价值。方法:回顾分析32例疤痕疙瘩术后经深部X线治疗患者资料。在手术拆线后经深部X射线治疗,照射条件为电压140KV,电流15mA,0.25Cu+1Al,SSD=30cm。总剂量1200-2000cGy。复发患者给予同等剂量放射。结果:疤痕疙瘩术后经深部X线照射总有效率为84.50%。结论:手术后放射治疗是治愈疤痕疙瘩较为有效的治疗手段和方法。
