Looking Back and Forward to China's Pipeline Industry

未来十余年,我国管道工业将处于一个飞速发展的重要时期,分析了东部管网在这一时期所肩负的重要使命,为保证管网安全运行,提出了应采取的措施,①加强对管道的内外检测及阴极保护检测,②科学地制定管道更换、修补等行业标准,③对管道进行风险分析及残余寿命预测。对我国输送不同介质的管道如气管道、成品油管道、煤浆管道、矿浆管道、LPG管道及海底管道的发展前景进行了科学的分析与推断,并指出我国已具备设计、建设、运营管理各类管道的实力,建议管道建设队伍应走出国门,参与国际竞争,寻求合作,开拓国际市场,使我国的管道工业跨入世界先进行列。

China's pipeline industry will find itself in a high-speed growth period in coming decade. The paper analyzes how important China's eastern pipeline networks are during the coming decade, and puts forward the measures to be taken for safe operation of the pipeline networks: (1)paying a great attention to the inspection on internal/external corrosion of pipeline and CP measurement, (2)working out scientifically the industry standards for pipe replacement and renovation, (3)making a risk analysis and prediction on remaining service life for the pipelines. A scientific analysis and inference are made on the development perspective on various pipelines in China, such as gas pipeline, oil product pipeline, coal slurry pipeline, slurry pipeline, LPG pipeline and submarine pipeline, and it is pointed out that China has the capability of designing, constructing and operating pipelines of many kinds, and suggested that Chinese pipeline companies should participate international competitions, seek cooperations, develop international markets, and make the pipeline industry of China go into the world advanced line.
