摘要
分析了目前国内各种分离器中除砂装置的优缺点,介绍了新研制的一种新型除砂器的设计原理、结构及控制过程。利用除砂器在设备底部形成一个负压区,在喷射管的作用下,将设备底部的砂粒吹成流化状态,在水流的带动下进入负压区,在主流介质的携带下排出设备,从而达到除砂的目的。以河南油田井楼稠油含砂为例,介绍了该除砂器的设计过程和密闭容器除砂系统流程。通过除砂器在HNS─Ⅲ型三相分离器中的试验证明,这种新型除砂器能保证设备内的流动状态平稳,整个系统工作过程通过计算机实现自动控制,通过变频调速系统达到稳定系统工况的目的。
This article analyses the strong and weak points of domestic degriters on various sepprators and introduces a new type degriter, its design principle,structure and control process. At the bottom of the unit forming a vacuum area,acted by the jet nozzle,the grits at the bottom are blown to fluidized state, carried by the main medium drain off the grits out the unit. This article taking JingLou heavy oil(containing grits)Henan oilfield as an example, introduces the degriter design and the system process flow of the closed container degriter.Through test proves that this new type degriter can ensure the flow state stable,the whole system realizes automatic control by computer and through frequency control gains stable work state.
